Firstly I want to give information about the private deemed universities/colleges in Tamil Nadu State:

1. Karunya Institute of Science & Technology, Coimbatore
2. Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Vishwa Mahavidyalaya, Kancheepuram
3. SRM Institute Of Science & Technology , Chennai
4. Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy , Thanjavur
5. Hindustan Institute Of Technology & Science, Pandur
6. Sathybama Institute Of Science & Technlogy, Channai
7. Avinashilingam Institute For Home Science & Higher Education For Women, Coimbatore
8. Vellore Institute Of Technology, Vellore

They do not come directly under AIEEE counselling but they do entertain AIEEE score. But for some college, it is not valid, for example : VIT , Vellore, ...they do conduct their own entrance exam for admission in B.Tech course known as VIEEE.
So central counselling of AIEEE is valid to only NIT in Tamil Nadu state not for above said deemed universities.

Many deemed universities are offered seats under aieee. They are srm ,sastra, hindustan, iit, and so on

Can anyone tell me that is saveetha university for engineering( deemed ) , approved by government.
