I want to do a degree in law, what is the new condtions for the people above 40.

1.1 For admission to Five years B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), Five years B.A. LL.B. and Three years LL.B. coursesthrough CET-LAW 2009, 85 percent seats will be reserved for the residents of Punjab State and 15 percent seats will be open to all candidates of other states/UTs on All-India basis.

1.2 The residence condition of Punjab candidates as given in 1.1 above will be determined in terms of the instructions issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Policies Branch) in their circular letter No. 1/3/ 95-3PP-II-9619 dated 6.6.96 and 1/3/95-3PPII/80 dated 1.1.1999.

there was a news doing the rounds as if those above 40 will not be allowed to take admission in LLB(allowed in BGL ), BUT NO SUCH NOTIFICATION HAS COME YET

Hi Ranjith,
* You Are Eligible To Got Admission In 5 Year LLB Course if your age beyween 30 - 40 years.if you are above 40 years you can not get.
* So, The Minimum Eligibility As To Get Admission in LLB Program Is To Have A 10+2 Pass With Minimum 40% Marks

*And To Admission in LLB Course, You Have To Give The CLAT Entrance Examination, Only Then You Will Get Admission In Top LLB Colleges Of India.
