m not getting pgcet mtech details completely..?hw should I join it? Please reply

i am trying to get details about mtech through vtu for mtech 2011 but able to get any details as the website is not updated ....

But tentative date of 1st sem m.tech commencement is given to be 22/08/2011

I got 3500 rank in GATE. I want to do my M.tech in Karnataka, but i am non local to the karnataka. can u please tell me the procedure to apply for Mtech. Should i write pgcet also. Please provide the details

If I complete Bachelor of Engineering degree by open university (like Indira Ghandhi Open University) shall i eligibale for PGCET.

Hai , while applying for PGCET i have 1 problem [in 13 years only i wrote 10th exams while app
lying for PGCET showing "age should be more than 14 years" this msg]
