Yes, Final year Engineering graduates can take part in this PGCET 2015 Examination for admission into M.Tech Course. 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year candidates are not at all eligible to apply for PGCET Examination. The basic educational qualification required is "Graduation" Or a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university. Or final year pursuing qualifying degree are also eligible to join M.Tech through PGCET 2015 Examination.

PGCET 2015 Exam is conducted for Admission into:

>> M.Tech (Master of Technology)
(Or)
>> M.E (Master of Engineering)
(Or)
>> M.Arch (Master of Architecture)

Since you are willing to do M.Tech course through PGCET 2015 Score, you are required to score good marks in written Examination.
