I AM CIVIL ENG. PASS OUT STUDENT. BUT WHERE EVER I APPLY FOR GOVT.JOB ON THE BASIS OF MY CERTIFICATE .THEY IGNORE ME AND ASK TO BRING ME ELIGIBILITY AND MIGRATION CERTIFICATE OF CIVIL ENG. FOR UNIVERSITY OF SIKKIM (EIILIM)
SO PLZ TELL ME WHERE WILL I GET THOSE CERTIFICATES AND WILL I GET IT OR NOT? DO THIS UNIVERSITY HAS ELIGIBILIYT ?
