i am confused whether cpmt forms have come or not.if they have come then are they online or not?please tell the date of their coming.

You can apply for CBSE-PMT online only.

24th February 2012 is the last date to apply for CBSE-PMT also known as (AIPMT).

After this date you can not apply for CBSE-PMT (AIPMT) at any cost.

Try to apply on this very date in the early hours so that you can post the confirmation
page to the AIPMT office sooner.
Last date of receipt of confirmation page at AIPMT office is 2nd March 2012.

Currently the payment of fee is not being done by Credit/Card or Debit Card so you can
pay the application fees through Demand Draft only.

Get the demand draft ready before you apply.

The Demand Draft has to be made from any Nationalized bank in favor of
Secretary, CBSE , payable at Delhi.

For GEN/OBC candidates, application fee would be Rs. 2000 /- (including late fine)
For SC/ST/PH candidates, application fee would be Rs. 1550 /- (including late fine)

The date 24th Feb 2012 is the 2nd extended date with late fee Rs. 1000/-.
The real application fee was Rs. 1000/- for GEN/OBC candidates
and Rs. 550/- for SC/ST/PH candidates.

CPMT 2012 Eligibility Criteria

Residency Requirement: Combined Pre Medical Test (CPMT) 2012 is a state level examination. Candidates, who are native of Uttar Pradesh, are eligible to apply. However, other state candidates may also apply, given they should fulfill the domicile criteria as laid by the government of Uttar Pradesh

Age : Candidate must be 17 years of age in the year in which he / she want to appear in Combined Pre Medical Test (CPMT) 2012.

Educational Qualification For Appearing in UPCPMT 2012 : The candidate must have passed intermediate science (Biology Group) or equivalent examination.

Minimum Education Qualification for appearing in UPCPMT 2012 is pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For more details about UPCPMT Eligibility Criteria 2012

When put forms are available for 2013 anyhow much marks are carried by each chapter.if there are any other form related to mmedical plz tell
