Do I have to practice under an Advocate to get license if study LLB in IGNOU?

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to study LLB course from IGNOU but I want to know that I have to practice under an Advocate of 1-2 years for getting Advocate license? I have heard about it. So, I need to get the full information.

LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative Law and for your information I would like to let you know that IGNOU does not offer LLB degree course and it is not advisable to pursue Degree course in Law in distance mode as it is not acceptable by Bar Council of India for practicing law in court.

So, if you are really interested in pursuing LLB degree course then go for the regular mode of education to pursue the same degree course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
