Is it possible to practice as an Advocate in courts after LLB through distance education from Annamalai University or Ambedkar Law University?
Is it possible to practice as an Advocate in courts after completing LLB course through Distance Education provided by Annamalai University or Ambedkar Law University -Tamilnadu ?

No, you cannot practice as advocate in courts because LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) through distance education is not valid for practicing.
LLB degree through distance education is not valid by the BCI (Bar Council of India). Few universities offer this course but if you wish to become Lawyer then it will be better if you study LLB in regular mode. The candidates who have studied LLB through distance mode can become legal advisor but cannot practice as lawyer in court. |
