So KSOU is approved by UGC.You have completed Diploma degree from KSOU so you are applicable for Govt and Central Govt both jobs.

Can i do btech from lateral entary

I completed my diploma in Mech. in KSOU. I got the dependent job in Sccl (Singareni Collieriers company Ltd.). Do The Sccl Consider my Diploma certificates?

*) it is also member in ACU (Association of Commewealth universities.

Well dear ksou is approved by ugc though it is not approved by aicte.but if any university is ugc approved then the degree from that university is valid and the person who holds that degree is eligible for government.so your degree is valid and you are eligible for the government jobs as per your field.best of luck
