How we become a Lecturer in Government Polytechnic College after qualifying M.Sc Physics followed by B.Ed? Do I need to do any further courses or is there any entrance? How much would be average pay scale of Lecturer in Government Colleges?

The educational criteria to apply for Lecturer post in Government Polytechnic College is:
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of
in teaching relevant experience in Teaching/ Industry/ Research.
• Person with B.TECH qualification in appropriate branch/discipline either entering teaching profession newly or lecturers already in service in polytechnic colleges shall be eligible for lecturers.

As polytechnic colleges are under State Government, so you will have to apply for state service commission entrance exam for recruitment of lecturer for engineering and polytechnic colleges.
