To be able to appear for the TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) test you need to have a 2 year B.ed course. Percentage of marks in your previous education has no role to play in it, As you have already completed your B.ED course you are eligible for the test. So wait for the official Notification for the exam, once it appears, you are good to go for it.

The eligibility criteria to apply for Trained Graduate Teacher exam:

Academic qualification: Minimum academic qualification required is bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% marks. Bachelor of Education is also necessary.

Your percentage of marks in Bachelor's degree less than 50%. It means that you can not apply for TGT examination.
