First thing I would like to let you know that UPSC-IAS recruitment is officially known as the Civil Services examination and it is conducted by UPSC once every year for recruitment of administrative officers such as IAS, IPS, IFS, etc. .

--> The minimum eligibility criteria required for appearing in the same examination are as here under :-

* You must be an Indian citizen.

* Your age must lie within 21 years to 32 years. Age relaxation is allowed for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

* You must have completed your bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Students pursuing final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible.

So, being a student of BBA(H) degree holder, you are certainly eligible to apply for the Civil Services examination after completion of your bachelor's degree course i.e; BBA(H) degree course.

For more details regarding the same examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
