In Delhi Unversity marks obtained in the 12th standard is the basis to get admission. A candidate must have to obtained at least 60% marks. To get admission in top college of University your marks will be at least 75%-80%.

Dear friend
The eligibility criteria is 60% in 12th std.
But in some colleges like hindu college, kirori mal etc you need more than 80%.
Even, If you got 70% you can get a good college.
The cutoff for previous year is provided in the attachment of this message.
Find it in the attachments. It will give you idea about the trend of marks required for a particular college.

Delhi University is one of the reputed Institute of India,so you have to score very well in your +2 to fro getting there.

You have to score minimum 75% in +2 and also in the subject you want to study Honours.

so try hard for your study in class 12th.

rest you you will get into different colleges on the basis of cut off that goes upto 80s in gud colleges

sir ,I got 52 marks in physics and 52.04% as over all aggregate.can i opt for this or not

Delhi university is the one amongst the most recognized universities of India so undoubtedly the standered for getting admitted in the colleges of this university will also very good.
Since you are interested in physics honers or b.tech so you should have an aggregate above 80% for getting admission in a good college of this university.

for this examination the minimum marks must should be atleast 60%.
however some university keeps it upto 70% as a minimum qualification,

To get admission in B.Sc (Honors) in Physics, one needs to be 10+ 2 passed, with science stream and mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects.

Definitely B.tech is way better than physics hons. Physics hons will land you in no job, you will end up in the research field or have to go for higher studies.
Best to do B.Tech, atleast your prospects of getting a job will be bright.

Well for physics hons you are required to get a minimum of 60% in PCM and overall aggregate must be greater than 75% to ensure admission.
Also, many colleges have entrance test these days.

Eligibility for BSC Physics Honours.....
The candidate must have hysics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2.

Minimum eligibilty condition for admission: Overall minimum % in PCM as per collage cutt-off percentage and passing in one language i.e English. Minimum % in PCM shoul be 55% and in language should be 55%.
Furthur selection will be based on the basis of marks in aggregate of subjects for each Honours courses.
