Hi,
My self shivam ,I am doing B.sc physics honours from delhi university ,but my parents want me to do B.tech from any private college like Dit,Ims,Kiet,Galogotia etc as they think about placement after btech which option I should pursue for my career .Please help me.

There is nothing to do with bachelor in Physics with B.tech course. B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology and it is four year course.

To get admission in b.tech course candidate should passed 10+2 from any recognised board. Candidate should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main paper.

So, you are eligible to get admission. But, as you have done bachelor degree i do not think it is not essential to pursue B.tech course.
