Eligibility criteria for appearing in PSU exam? Can BSc students apply for PSU exam of Information technology stream? What is the pass percentage for qualifying the exam?

The eligibility criteria required to appear in PSU exams are as under:-

-The candidate should have a B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc. in Engg. Degree.The candidate in the final year of their course can also apply for the exam on the condition that they have to present their final result of 8th semester and mark-sheets at the time of interview.

-The percentage marks obtained in the required degree course varies for different PSUs companies.It is from 60-70 % for general category candidates and 50-60 % for OBC and SC/ST candidates.

-The candidate age should be in between 21 years to 30 years to apply for the PSUs. The upper age limit is relaxed for OB candidate by 3 years and for SC/ST candidates, it is 5 years.

-It is important for the candidate to appear in GATE exam before applying for the PSUs.Because, some companies ask candidates to show their GATE score when applying.

My percentage in 12 the class is 59.8% and in 10th class is 76% and in btech 67% .Is am applicable for psu(any company) and in government sector?
