HAS (Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services) exam which is a state level exam which is conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission for various posts in State Government.

For HAS 2015 exam you must have at least a Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University. Hence, you should complete your Graduation before applying for this exam. There is age limit also which is 21 to 35 years. Age relaxation is available for candidates who belong to reserved category.

The selection is purely based on the merit and you have to perform very well in the written exam and interview. For more information visit http://hp.gov.in
