hi sir, am neelima here ,final year student of electronics and communication engineering am interested in air traffic controller could you plz give the details about exam and how to prepare for this entrance , do final semester students are eligible to take up this entrance, when do this entrance exam is conducted.

Air Traffic Controller examination are conducted by SSC (Short Service Commission).

Eligibility and Examination Date for Air Traffic Controller are as follows: -

1. Nationality - Indian

2. Age - 19 Years to 25 Years

3. Marital Status - Unmarried for both Men & Women

4. Educational Qualification -
(a) B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics or Electronics with minimum 60 % aggregate marks from a regonised institute / university.

(b) M.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics or Electronics with minimum 55 % aggregate marks from a regonised institute / university.

5. Physical Standard -
(a) Height - Male = 157 cm & Female = 152 cm
(b) Eye Sight = 6/6, 6/9

DEAR CANDIDATE,

You are perfectly eligible for this job because for this job for this recruiter requires a candidate who have done engineering in electronics and communication, radio transmission engineering,otherwise a candidate who studied PCM subjects in his/her bachelor degree.
but there should be a exam for this known as AFC exam includes paper of concerned engineering as explained above and general knowledge,logistic problem test or you can say mental ability test. if the candidate cleared this exam then voice test would be taken then next is personal interview and at last medical fitness test. if candidate would clear all these steps of selection
then the candidate send to the aviation training collage Allahabad for the Perseus of training.
