hi i am 31 years old from Bc community. can i attend TNPSc exam? i am (B.Sc physics) degree holder. i am eligible or not.

So check the eligibility criteria for the post you want.

Dear Friend

The age limit and eligibility criteria for TNPSC exam are

almost similar as in the rules of UPSC.

According to government rules for different public services

exam the maximum age limit is 30 years and 3 years relaxation

is given to the candidates belonging to OBC(or BC) category.

Therefore maximum permissible age in TNPSC is 33 years and

so, you are eligible to apply for it.

TNPSC exam is conducted by the Tamil Nadu government.according to the

rules of candidates have minimum age limits 18 - 30.

Maximum Age Limit – Should not have completed 35 years No maximum age

limit for SCs, STs, MBCs / DCs, BCs and Destitute Widows of all castes.that

why your eligible for the exam.don't worry about this.your eligible the

tnpsc exams.

As you are a graduate you can and your age is 31 ,you can apply for both Group I and II of NTPSC exam .
Group I
Through this exam you can join the posts like-
Deputy collector
Deputy supervisor
District registrar

Eligibility -
1.Graduation from any recognized university .
2.Age limit = 21 to 30 years.

Group II

through this exam you can join the posts like -
Assistant public prosecutor
junior engineer

Eligibility criteria -
1.Graduation from any recognized university .
2.age limit = 18 to 34 years.
