You should attend the RTO exam conducted by the respective Public service commission in each state. You can apply either for the Clerical, Assistant engineer or judicial post. The minimum qualification required for each post may differ accordingly. You should also be proficient with the local language of each state from where you are applying. The score that you secure in the entrance exam will be the basis of selection for the post.
