Dear Friend

Being a computer science engineer you can apply for following jobs.
ISRO (Scientist 'SC' post)

You can apply for the above mentioned companies, during your final year of B.Tech.
After having passed B.Tech. you can apply for many more companies like;

Dear,
It is good move to prepare for PSUs or IES just after B.Tech.

For organization that conducts test are given below:
-> DRDO
-> BHEL
-> BEL
-> BSNL
-> ISRO

Apart from these exams you should also give IES.
If you are interested to be a part of administrative services then you can take civil services examination.

You are eligible for most of the exam because you have completed your graduation and eligibility for most of the test is graduation only.

GOOD LUCK

Regards,
~Manvendra~

Okay you will get such high packages when you will be in a very high post of Indian army, Indian Navy, chairman/president of a high profile company, in any research field,in space organization or work outside India where people are highly paid....

so in my opinion you can take science or commerce...

both the stream will pay you high packages.

but remember one thing, money is not everything.

you have to work hard, very hard to reach that position.

If you run for money it will become more hard, but if you run for knowledge and excellence then it will become easier for you.
