Am doing M.Com -Part -1 in Mumbai univercity. I wish to do Company Secretary Course. So i need the course details. I need the fees structure, duration, what are the subjects included, what are the procedures to join? Where i can get the application form?

Since you are a graduate you must apply for the intermediate level. The foundation level is exempted for those who have completed graduation. The duration of the course is minimum of 3 years. Since you are a commerce graduate the course fees is Rs 7000. Various areas of law like taxation, commercial, corporate etc will be covered. Also areas like cost accounting and economics will be part of the syllabus. You can send across a DD in favour of the institute along with relevant document to the ICSI institute.

foundation course is suited well for you ,
it is three years course but you can complete it soon if you do with interest or it can extend if you lack interest

Company Secretary Foundation Course Exam
To become a Company Secretary, aspirants need to complete 3 stages mainly Foundation Course, Intermediate Course and Final Course. Company Secretary Foundation Course Exam is the primary step in the CS program. The Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India carry out the foundation course test. Those who clear the test can move on to the next step in CS, that is the Intermediate course. Applicants can write the tests in any of the nearest exam center as it is held in many centers all over the country. ICSI conducts the test twice a year, mostly in June and December.

Structure and Pattern of the Company Secretary Foundation Course Exam

The test may contain descriptive type questions. Aspirants should study the curriculum thoroughly as part of preparation for the exam. The test comprises of Economics and Business Environment and financial accounting. It also consists of Business laws, and Information systems. The students should have awareness in English and Business Communication too.

Qualification Criteria for the Company Secretary Foundation Course Exam

The qualification criterion to apply for the test is a pass in XII exam. Applicants should have done the eligibility exam from any school or institute recognized by the India Government. Those who are attending the final year of 10+2 the current year are also eligible for the test.

Application Procedure of the Company Secretary Foundation Course Exam

Applicants must register for the program in ICSI, 9 months before the commencement of the exam. They can procure the forms from the official address of ICSI either on hand or by post. Forms are also available in their official website. Duly filled in forms along with attested copies of qualifying exam certificates should be send to the ICST office before the last date.

Company Secretary Foundation Course Fee Detail:
The fee for CS Foundation Programme is - Rs. 3600/-
for Executive Programme - Rs. 7000/- for Commerce Graduates while

- Rs. 7750/- for Non Commerce Students

The duration of CS course is 2 years after graduation and training will be necessary if you want to like participate cs course,
In CS training is not restricted to participate only. You have to under go 15 months training in cs to get the member ship of ICSI

For those people who are in service of permanent nature like in Banking sector, the training part of 15 months is problem in completing CS course. Is there any provision for such employees who want to enhance their intellectual property for getting exemption of the training part in the course.

i have just given my final exams for class 12! i want to do BBA-MBA after 12th! i also want to do CS along with BBA! is it good for me to do both courses side by side! i feel that i can do it! but please tell me is it possible to do both courses at same time? i am good at studies and a hard working student so please help me to take right decision!

If you are hard working and good in studies than it is very much possible that you can clear both the course.

Many have taken such decision and have done it already.

Bachelor of Business Administration is 3 years under graduate level course for business management and it is not consider tough course at all.

In BBA you will find subjects which are more focused on management and business areas.

Company secretary is course which is also not tough , though need regular study time.

It just that you will find some legal aspects/related subjects and some other subjects in Company Secretary course

which you may not find in BBA course because of which you will have to really work hard.

Company secretary course is distance education course if you find any semester difficult you can leave in between

and can complete after completing your BBA.

Both course can be done together.
