I got 64 percent marks in 10+2 with pcm. I want to join merchant navy in deck cadet, so please tell me that what is it fees structure and how I do this?

The fee structure vary from college to college. Private colleges demand more fees than government colleges.
Private institutes can demand anything between 120,000 to 150,000 where as government institutes have fee structure in between 50,000 to 1 lakh.
