You can do M.A (ENGLISH) with any stream and if you want to pursue with any specific specialisation then you need to have study that particular specialisation in your Graduation level that is B.A with HPML,UAS,HPP,HSP,EPP,EHP...

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR POST GRADUATION
A graduation degree with 50% for General category .
reservation for reserved category 5% that is 45% of marks in graduation.
