Hi! This is Mini Arora pursuing Msc in electronics from Banasthali University. I want to do the research in electronics and i have the full interest to do it. So can u please tell me that in which field of electronics i can do the research???

I think it is entirely depend upon your skills and knowledge of particular field.

I will advice you the following areas for carring out your research:-

mems and microsensors
photonic components and sub-systems
electron tubes
however you can also carry your research in 'electronics for society or industris,
deals with developing new principle or laws for making electronic gazzettes more shuman friendly,like mobile phones etc.

telecommunication field has got profund amount of scope rf range waves used by mixing am & fm this is still under studies......

I have two options for you at this time:

1. Firstly join any training course in VLSI or Embedded systems or Microelectronics since you are from electronics field. Most of the institutes in Banglore and Delhi provide such training but they cost depending upon the course and duration. Embedded course would spend period of six month and VLSI course would also lie in this range. Courses vary according to their course contents. Like in embedded system , course of six month will provide you practical training on 32/64bit microcontroller (i.e AVR and ARM). It is better that you learn them in this grace period.

2. Second is that you persue your MTech in Research field. Now a days a new degree course are offered which is named as MTech(research) , specifically designed for person having interest in research areas.

you better can go in the side of materials and design electronics if you wanted to be a pure researcher...

which field is good for doing M.S?i have done B.E in electronics and communication

I am Sundari doing M.Sc in Electronics & Communication from Bharatyar University. Is M.Sc. in Electronics & Communication is considered equivalent to B.Tech in Electronics & Communication for job and higher studies. Please give your valuable suggestion.
