Is GATE considered for Ph.D admission?

Is gate considered for Ph.D. admisiion....please tell me if its possible to do so

no... gate is not required for p.h.d admissions. even some government universities like J.N.U offers direct admission to ph.d

dear friend,
My friend, to get admission for P.hd in a well renounced college , one must have GATE qualified score card..

Otherwise one can not be able to take admission in P.Hd course..

If you have a GATE qualified score card then it will work as your plus point to get a job in any PSU's or for higher studies..

So, appear in GATE exam, and try to qualify in the exam..

GATE- GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING is not considered for Ph.D admission.

Ph.D. - DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY can be taken by one who has completed his Master Degree in the respective subject with minimum 60% marks, there are also other criteria for admission to Ph.D. The Institute admits candidate to different type of Ph.D. Program such as Full-time, Self-Financed, Part-Time.

No, gate is not considered for ph.d admission.
Gate is considered only for m.tech. Admission.
