hi all,
please tell me about GATE for PhD ADMISSION
I am doing M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
and I really want to do phd through gate
please let me know as soon as possible

Detailed information about doing PhD with GATE score:

In order to pursue PhD program, you are required to appear in CSIR or UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) Examination.

On the other side, candidates who are done with GATE Examination are exempted from appearing in PhD Entrance Examination.

>> Candidates who have completed their B.E/ B.Tech with valid GATE score are eligible to apply.

>> Candidates with valid GATE score can directly get admission into NIT or REC or IIT or such other universities.

>> The upper age limit for the post of JRF is 28 years and there will be an age relaxation for reserved category candidates.
