Hello dear,
Yes many persons prefer germany than USA doin g civil it has lots of job oppurtunities an also overseas education is also been consulted by many consultant companies for CIVIL,MECHANICAL fields.So,Yes do prefer GERMANY....ALL THE BEST!!
