I'll suggest you IITs as the best Insti's for MCA/PGDIT.
I don't know much abt good MCA insti's. IMO don't go for TN (or any other state/private engg colleges) But I'll list the best 3 of the lot: 1. Anna University/MIT 2. PSG, Coimbatore 3. SSN School of Management and Computer Applications (SSNSoMCA)
