Hi Friend,
if you want to do M.Tech after your MCA then you can write GATE exam which is an entrance test for MTECh into Top colleges.
through GATE you can get admission into top colleges like iit's and nit's.
IIT chennai is the very good college for M.Tech in Tamil nadu.

Procedure to apply for M.Tech after completing MCA
You can apply for the M.tech course in various Programmes like
Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engg., Information Technology,
Network Engineering. For the M.tech you have to apply for the GATE examination. This examination is conducted by the various IITs every year.

To apply for this examination a candidate should have a degree in engineering or the equivalent degree. Candidates who get selected through this examination are called for the counseling and then the colleges are allotted to them.

GATE is a entrance exam for M.tech course, which is conducted by IISC and IIT's jointly..

After completion of MCA you have to appear in GATE exam ...

After qualifying in GATE exam you will be able to take admission in M.tech course depending on the score card..

So, prepare for GATE exam..
