Being A Ece student, You have lot of options to join in Good ECE companies for an Internship.

BSNL gaziyabad, BSNL hyderabad is providing Internships to Final year and Pre Finaly year students. Its not Exactly the Internships, They are taking some charges with respect to this.

All India Radio is also allowing Pre final year students to join their Place for internships.

DRDO is also providing such things but you should have some recommendations to get into this. Internship after Bachelor's in Engineering in BHEL,DRDO is very tougher one. You need to link with some Elders who have already worked their Or working there.
