i am already govt employee,is it good for taking degree from a ugc,dec,aiou,karnatka state open university not approved by aicte?pls tell

Res sir i have done my 3 yrs diploma in electronics & comm. from punjab technical university. so now i want to take add in b tech from distance university. so which is the best for me. Is Karnataka university is best for me, i am totally confused, plz guid me

I came to know that Singhania University is offering B.Ed in correspondence mode. I have done 10th Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engg (3 years) B.Sc Computer Science (Lateral) (2years). Am I eligible to do B.Ed in this university. The degree from this university is valid or not. Please help.
