Yes, you are eligible to appear for HPAS examination. HPAS stands for Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services.

The minimum required qualification to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university in any discipline. The age limit to appear for examination is 21-35 years with relaxation in age for reserved category.
