How to apply for Ph.D in AP after completing MSc in Medical Biochemistry?


i have completed my M.Sc in medical biochemistry and wanted to do P.HD in andhra pradesh but i dont know how to apply for phd in andhra pradesh , and i wanted to know whether it will be a part-time or full-time programme. please help me in this regards.
