how to apply psc online exam. Korba c.g....please give me the procedure to do so

Part A: Fill your complete detail like name, DOB, Qualification etc.

I am a b.com student and i want to apply for the PSC exams so is it possible to give exam and what percentage in graduation will needed for applying in the examination ?
