Re: How to become a dentist after passing 12th?
Dear Friend,
* There are two ways to opt for BDS (Dental) courses in India. * The first is through the score you have obtained in your higher secondary examination. In this way you will have to attend an counselling that is being organised by the state government every year. * A particular number of seats will be reserved for people belonging to different castes. So, depending upon your score and the caste you belong belong, you will get seat in a particular dental college. * The second is through National level entrance examination scheme. In this you will have to appear for an entrance examination, obviously AIPMT, where in you will be allotted a seat based on the marks you have secured in the national level pre medical test. Best wishes :-) |
