Res sir tell me that how to become the district chief educational officer Iam working as B T Asst [teacher in Govertment school] my age is 40 is their any examinations regarding this pls send a reply at an earliest

The requirement may vary depending on the state where you plan to apply. Generally it is a must that the candidate must have masters degree. Also they should have secured a minimum of 50% in the same. Having a B.Ed qualification too is a must. Must know the local language well. Having teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Age should be below 30 years for open market.
Age should be below 40 years for teachers employed in recognised Aided Secondary Schools or Higher Secondary Schools.
No maximum age limit for SCs, SC (Arunthathiyars on preferential basis),STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs (Other than BCMs), BCMs and Destitute Widows of all castes.
Age relaxation upto 5 years is available for persons those who are affected by the ban order as per the orders of the Government.

Exam Notification

Exam Notification will be published in the Employment news.

Some criteria to become the district chief educational officer.

1.You must have degree from any University in the State of Tamil Nadu
2.You must be 50% of marks in the Master's Degree Examination
3.Your age should be 30 to 40 years
4.No maximum age limit for SC/ST.

I did complete B.Sc chemistry and B.Ed . Besides that i have completed M.A .English through distance mode.Am I eligible to write TNPSC DEO exam. Does it come under TNPSC Group I -C exam or the old pattern . My age is 28.

To become district chief educational officer you must have master degree. 50% in your graduation. Must have B.ed. You must know local language of the state in which you may apply. You must have reaching experience.


Tamil Nadu Public Service commission conducts the examination of District chief educational officer in Tamil Nadu. Above mentioned qualifications are needed. Some other information is mentioned below -
1. Age should be below 30 years for open market.
2. Age should be below 40 years for the teachers who will be appointed in secondary schools or higher secondary schools.

3. Recruitment notice will be published on employment sites or Tamil Nadu public service commission website.

I am studying 12th standard now with a subject combination of economics, commerce, accounts, business maths with English and Tamil.I wish to become a district educational officer in Tamilnadu. Am I eligible for that.
For how much marks the exam is to be conducted. In what age I would apply for the exam.
More over I wish to change the educational system from the by hard basis to understanding basis. what can I do for that.
