I have passed my class 10.so ,i want to be a income tax officer

If you really want to become an income tax officer, you should have patience. Tenth class is not enough, you should do 11th and 12th standard in any desired field. It should be good if you take commerce or arts field. Then, you have to join the recognised college for the graduation. After having the degree, you can give the exams of UPSC. You have to clear all the rounds to be a income tax officer.

Sorry to say this you are not eligible to join as an income tax officer because the minimum educational qualification is Graduation.

Eligibility criteria:

You should complete graduation from any recognised university in any stream.

Age limits i 18 years to 27years.

Candidate should be a citizen of india.

So you need to complete your 2 and then after your graduation.

After passing iit exams can i be an income tax officer?

Sorry 10th pass are not eligible for Income Tax Officer Post.

The basic qualification for becoming an Income Tax Officer is Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University.

The recruitment of Income Tax officer is done through SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination.

SSC is Staff Selection Commission and it conducts the examination.

So study till Graduation and then apply for SSC CGL examination.

The selection will be based on the following TIERS:

TIER I Exam- Objective Type Paper of 200 marks with 4 sections.

TIER II Exam- Two Objective Type papers of 200 marks each. This exam is only for those who qualify TIER I cut off marks.

TIER III- It will be a Interview or Skill Test according to the post for which you have applied .

So as for now you must study well and make your basics strong in subjects like maths, english and science because these subjects are important in these examination.

I regret to say that you are not eligible for income tax officer as minimum requrement for indian civilian should have attain the age of 21 year.
As you should have to wait to pusue you career as income tax officer .
the minimum eligiblity for income tax officer is as follows:
Qualification:
A candidate should have passed undergraduate degree with good qualification marks .
after doing your 12 th and graduation you are eligible to apply.
Every year upsc and ssc recruit candidate suitable for this post.
So you should have preserverance and consistent learning to chieve your goal
