I would like to know whether an ENT specialist from INDIA can join the UNICEF program in USA for further enhancing the experiences in medical field and abroad.

I would like to serve mankind there also as i have already taken 11 yrs experience in INDIA .

Firstly a person from any country having a degree of medicine can volunteer with the UNICEF.Working with the UNICEF is the best way to learn for a person in the field of medicine or Pharma.
If you want to gain work experience with the UNICEF, then the best way is to procure an internship within it. You will definitely be not sent to USA for the internship for the very first time. They will make you work in a country which has been through the civil war or has had been in a chaos for years. If you work nicely over there full filling all of your intern criteria, they might as you to work with them for a period of 6 months to a year. After the end of that time they will take you for a briefing in the USA . Over there you might land into a permanent job in the UN or something else. But truly it depends upon how hard working you are.
