If girls are not alowed to write NDA exam and want to join in Defence sector after their 12th class then what are the process through which they can join in Defence sector and what are the other requirements?

As far as you are concerned about joining Defense sector after completion of your Class 12th through NDA ( National Defence Academy) or any other entries being a girl candidate, then it is not possible on the basis of Class 12th only unmarried Indian male candidate are eligible to join Indian defence services.

But, to join Indian defense services, you can join the OTA ( Officer's Training Academy) wing of CDS ( Combined Defense Services) by qualifying CDS entrance examination.

A girl is not eligible to apply for the NDA. Thus, if they want to join Defense forces, there are many other ways through which they can join defence forces but after graduation.
They can apply for different exams such as CDS, UES, AFCAT, Observer in navy and many more.
