i am a bsc 2nd year student(girl). i want to join the defence services. I want to get information about the forms which i can fill to get entry in defence services.

i am 3rd year bsc(it) student.i want to join indian army.i ant to become army officer.so,which exam i have to give

i am 12th class student[girl]and i am ncc cadet also with b certificate and now doing c certificate.so please tell me the procedure of giving entrance in defence in feild work.

Girls can go through SSB and even the Officer's Academy after completing your under graduation course.If your a NCC cadet with C certificate then you can get in directly through the screening tests.

its really very good decision to get into defense services as the central govt is providing many facilities and opportunities to the girl applicants

normally you can apply for defense services as the remaining general applicants

date of sale will vary actually

after notification getting out

it will take nearly upto one month or so to get application forms

as you will get plenty of time to submit there's no reason to worry about it

be updated with all the information

be in regular touch with this forum too you will get all the updated information

Iam (girl). I have passed 12th with pcm. Iam doing mass communication. its my first yr. Can apply for defence services. Is there is no link between mass communication and defence. I cannot go for defence after doing mass communication or i have to do bsc.

Girls can join in Defence Services short service commision ( SSC) type of entry. For that qualification required is any graduate BE/BTech with minimum 60% marks.

Age limit :-19 to 20 year

Forms will be available in the mounth of March and Sep.....

I completed my 12th in com and now i am studing bca 2nd year i hav completed 'B' cert in ncc m going to apper for 'C' cert. Can i appear for CDSC exam?what advantages i will get by C and B cert for this exam?

y cant girls join NDA while doing 12 or as soon as thy complete unlike boys..y arent there any rule which favours girls...

If a girl want to join Defence Services the she can join after graduation.
For this she has to qualify the Combine Defence Services Exam(C.D.S.E).

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Eligibility Criteria for C.D.S exam:-

> Pass graduation with any subject from recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year
> Medically fit
> Must be citizen of India

C.D.S. EXAM.(I), 2012
Date of sale of form:- 29.10.2011
Last date of receipt of form:-28.11.2011(MONDAY)
