How can I apply for All India OBC certificate of Uttar Pradesh? I'm not having 40 years residence yet
sir i have domicile of
uttarakhand on the basis of 16 years residence.but i dnt have OBC certificate of Uttarakhand as it requires 40 Years of residence. Can I apply with my All INDIA OBC CERTIFICATE OF UTTARPRADESH?? Nex |

No. You must be a resident of the state of uttarkhand for at least 40 years to get a OBC certificate.
This requirement differes from the state to state and in the west Bengal it is 60 years of residence. However since you are applying for all India OBC quota you can go with your current state OBC certification |
