Hello sir, can i apply and attend cs executive exam dec2013 without completing SIP program( exemption) and online computer test.

ICSI has amended the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 to modify the training structure for the students of Company Secretary Course.
The modified training structure shall be applicable to following students:
1) Students registered to the Executive Programme on or after 1st April 2014.
2) And Students registered to the Executive Programme on or before 31st March 2014, are also have an option to convert to modified training structure in lieu of the earlier structure.
As per New rules of ICSI, CS course has only Management Skills Orientation Programme. Remaining all the programs are removed from the course by ICSI.
