Yes, you can apply for CA after completing graduation. After graduation, you can enter directly to the second stage of CA, IPCC. To enter this level directly, you should have obtained at least 55% marks in graduation. Registration can be done through the web portal of ICAI. Detailed information can be collected from the website of ICAI.
