Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I have filled form for UPTET paper 1 and 2. But by mistake i filled wrong MANDAL name. I filled Meerut in place of Saharanpur as i am from Muzafarnagar and send both of the forms to the given address.
Now, i have recieved the Admit card for Paper 1 only. Not for Paper 2 and my name is also not there in the List of Candidates.
Please let me know what should i do in this case.
If my form is rejected because of Mandal name then why i recieved the admit card for another form.
