How can I do Ph.D in Law by distance mode in India?


Sir,
I completed my ML in law by distance mode obtaining 55%marks.Now i am working as a judicial officer Now i wish to do Ph.d in law by distance mode in india Please guide

School of Law offers Ph. D Program. Minimum qualification is LLM. with 55% marks & 5 years of experience in Teaching or Research experience or law related work experience . The candidate has submit a research proposal along with the application specifying the broad field of study and the importance and significance of the research.
Application form and other details can be obtained from, IGNOU.
Minimum Course Duration: 2 Years
Maximum Course Duration: 5 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 14,000

I have complete B. Com in 200-01& L.LB complete in 2004 since I practice in court & Also completed D.T.L& G. D. C& A in 2006. Then I complete L.LM in Higher Second class in 2012. Can I qualify for PhD.

Of course not! They must have atleast 60-70% marks... If they are excels this is not a matter...

I am a CS and have done BCOM LLB, as CS degree is equivalent to a masters degree, so from where i can do phd in law??

no sir, it is mandatory to have 55%mnarks in master degree ,as laid by u.g.c of india
