how can i get admission in delhi for b- tech course (govt. col.) i have passed 12 from up board

You can get admission in Delhi for B.tech course. Eligibility criteria to get admission in Engineering is approximately same in all over India.
Some colleges required 60% marks in 12th and some 45%. But if your percentage will be high it will beneficial for you.
If you want to take admission in government college you have to pass some exam as:-
IIT JEE,IPU,JMI etc.
Maximum college take admission on the basis of IIT JEE rank.
