Re: How can I get civil engineering after passing 10th
You can join to degree or diploma in civil engineering. The diploma in civil engineering can be opted after 10th class. Admissions are done on the basis of diploma entrance test or marks obtained at 10th class. Those having completed 12th class studies are only eligible for degree in civil engineering. Admission to B.E/B.Tech in civil engineering is done on the basis of entrance exams like AIEEE, IIT JEE, WBJEE, etc.

Quote:
after completing 10th, you have to give an entrance test named as "DET" (diploma entrance test). after passing this test with a very good rank you can get admission into a very good institute. the admission is based on the counselling. if you don't pass the test don't worry, some colleges provide direct admission in civil engineering. so you can get direct admission into those colleges e.g. TERii kurukshetra, YIET yamunanagar, GIMT radour etc. all the best... |

Dear friend,
You can do get civil engineering after your 10th by diploma.Other wise you have to complete your 12th standard or equivalent course. Then you have to write entrance exams like IIT,AIEE, or any exam conducted by the state government. Then you can do your engineering in civil. |
