my name is satyendra kumar and my roll no. is 8270489 and my ge rank is 64297 and sc rank is 4554 . can i get my counselling letter. what is the date of counselling according to my rank.

You won't get any letter regarding your counselling letter for you BTech.You have see the notification in the papers or news and according to the notification you have attend for your counselling.
If you are waiting for EAMCET counselling it is going to be start from 19 of this month.You can attend for the counselling to the nearest helpline centre with your certificate like
SSC marks memo
Intermediate marks memo
Eamcet hallticket
Eamcet rank card
6-10 Bonafide
Income certificate in case if you are eligible for scholarship
Cast certificate
