How can I join CD while studying diploma 1st year


sir my name is seema begum & now i am studying in the diploma 1st year,cme branch, in polytechnic collage in medak,in A.P. & I want to join in CID after diploma but i don't know
how to join in CID so please can you tell me the details how to join in CID after this diploma.
