I would like to gain knowledge that can i join MArch after persuing IT engineering.?

It is not possible to join M.Arch after completing B.Tech in IT(Information Technology),M.Arch stands for Master of Architecture which is done after completing B.Arch which is Bachelor of Architecture a five year course after completing B.Arch,then after B.Arch,two year course that is Post Graduation in Architecture named as M.Arch is completed,before doing M.Arch one needs to complete B.Arch five year bachelor course in Architecture.

As you have completed B.Tech in Information Technology,it is not possible for you to study M.Arch,you can do M.Tech,a Master degree but only in IT.
M.Tech in IT is a possibility after B.tech in IT,but certainly not M.Arch after B.Tech in IT.
B.Tech and B.Arch are different courses only respective Master degrees can be done after completing bachelor ones first.
